Today I am grateful for something that may seem small, but is huge to me!

They announced that it is officially casual dress at work now!
Being at a company that was business professional seemed cool at first because dressing up made me feel like I meant something. But not long after, I realized that not only does how I dress not dictate my value, but it's just WAY more comfortable wearing jeans than skirts and slacks!
BUT! Because they named it "Dress Your Day" not "Casual Dress", I wasn't sure what people would come to work wearing. So I decided to take a middle of the road approach and dress more fun and bright but also look more professional with slacks. Ha!

Love this necklace. It is actually Joan Rivers off of QVC. I got it for $30!
